Attendees, Sponsors, and Exhibitors:

Due to continued developments and recommendations from the Governor of California, CDC, WHO, and other health authorities regarding coronavirus (COVID-19), The Brain Injury Association of California (BIACal), a national charity, has rescheduled their April 2-4, 2020, TBI Med Legal Conference.

TBI Med Legal will now take place in the Fall of 2020, still at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. All tickets, sponsorship's and exhibitor reservations for the April dates will be honored for the rescheduled dates.

We are devastated to share this news with you. “The show must go on” is in our DNA, and this is the first time in 26 years that our conference will be rescheduled. However, with medical authorities urging postponement or cancellation of large gatherings to help curb the spread of COVID-19, we must put the safety of our attendees as well as the well-being of the greater community ahead of the disruption and cost to our non-profit charity. This announcement is being made at the earliest opportunity to give as much notice as possible to our community, enabling them to make the necessary arrangements to reschedule their plans and ensure a safer and more robust conference in the fall. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation and we will be in touch as soon as possible and publish a FAQ. We will continue to work hard to bring you our much beloved and unique “conference experience with the volume turned way up.”

As California’s leading non-profit supporting those affected by Brain Injury, we look forward to putting on the Nation’s largest Brain Injury Conference this fall. We appreciate your continued support.

Thank you,

Board of Directors

Brain Injury Association of California
